Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we hope we can assist.

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please reach out in the first instance.

Once your returned item is received by us, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and advise you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and ensuring it is suitably packed. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty by us in which case we will pay return shipping costs.

Despatch and Delivery

When paid in full, we make every effort to pack and despatch the book within 3 days (depending upon order volume). All our orders are usually shipped via Australia Post. Under normal circumstances, goods delivered within Australia will take four to eight business days. International orders can take from 10 to 20+ days depending upon the destination  We are, however, unable to guarantee a time of delivery. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

It is your responsibility to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived we will lodge enquiries to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion.
